Sri Vakulamata Temple near Perur is all set for Inauguration

The arrangements of the Prestigious Sri Vakulamata temple near Patakalva ( Perur Banda) are all set for the inauguration by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on June 23rd. Speaking to media after inspecting the arrangements at Sri Vakulamata Temple, The AP Minister for Energy, Environment and Mining Sri Peddareddi Ramachandra Reddy said that it took three years for the temple rejuvenation.

As according to the instructions given by CM over 83.42 acres where Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has building a Kalyana Mandapam and rest house. The temple is rejuvenated as according to Agama Sastra rules and the gopuram has been gold plated with 20kg gold with the support of TTD.

Sri Vakulamata temple will open up for the darshan from June 23rd afternoon. This place will be developed as one of the famous piligrim tourism hub by AP government.

TTD Agama advisor Dr Vedantam Vishnu Bhattacharyulu said as per Skanda, Varaha and Bhavisyottara Puranams Sri Vakulamata is believed as the mother of Lord Venkateswara.
