The New Parakamani Building will be designed with the state of art Technology Mechanism.

"The Upcoming Parakamani Building and Machinery at Tirumala should be designed using State-of-Art of Latest Technology" Said TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal. In the review meeting on the new Parakamani Building held at TTD Executive Officer Chamber in the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Administrative Building at Tirupati on Monday along with Additional EO  AV Dharma Reddy TTD EO asked officials to present the perfect plan.

TTD Chief Engineer Mr Ramesh Reddy presented the powerpoint presentation on the layout design of New Parakamani Building which will be coming up in front of Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Anna Prasadam Complex at Tirumala. The New Parakamani Building will be constructed in an area of 22.622 sqft on a Donation basis at a cost of Rs 9 Crore. 

The New Parakamani Building / Cellar has strong rooms meant for banks. The Ground floor has Coins Parakamani Hall and Strong rooms for keeping Hundis. The First floor of the building comprises of a Hall for Currency Parakamani, Gold and other offerings.

The New Parakamani Building will have Transparent and speedy counting mechanism with less manpower involvement.TTD EO has instructed officials to take up the works at a faster pace. He has also discussed regarding the Electrical wiring, Firefighting Measurement facility, CCTV Surveillance, Sound Proof Glass Technology for coin counting, Protective Spikes, Donor Hall Facility, Security Rooms etc..
