Sri Swamy Pushkarini is located on the northern side of the Lord Venkateshwara Temple is considered as one of the finest iconic bond attractions in Tirumala. Sri Swamy Pushkarini is spread over one and a half acres and it was constructed during ancient and medieval times. Sri Swamy Pushkarini has the utmost reverence and religious significance. It was built by Saluva King Nrusimha Raya in 1468. We can find a Mantapam in the middle of the Sri Swamy Pushkarini also called Neerata Mandapam. In later days the saint-poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya got the steps built up to the mid of the Mandapam.

TTD is continuing the same tradition and practice of offering Harathi to Sri Swamy Pushkarini every day in the evening time.
