TTD to relaunch Free Mass Marriages program from August 7

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is planning to conduct Sri Kalyanamastu -Free community wedding programs at all district headquarters of Andhra Pradesh on August 7th. Speaking to media persons on Friday Morning TTD Chairman Shri YV Subba Reddy said that Honourable AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to relaunch the program that was stopped after the sad demise of Former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

 

TTD Free Mass Marriage

TTD Pundits had selected the first event on August 7th of Chandramana Shubhakrut Nama samvatsara Sunday Morning between 08:07-08:17 hours on Anuradha Nakshatra and Simha Lagnam. The main objective of this program is to reduce the financial stress for parents on weaker sections.

The eligible grooms and brides should register their names at the District Collector Office, RDO or Tahsildar of their respective districts. TTD Chairman said that if the state governments also come forward to participate in these kinds of events TTD is also ready to conduct such weddings.
