Sri Vari Mettu
Srivari Mettu is very much near to Srinivasa Mangapuram. It's a very good place for Devotees to visit before they are moving to Tirumala. Srivari Mettu has very few steps and it is easy to climb. TTD has given equal importance for both Alipiri and Srivari Mettu Routes.

Devotees can avail Free Transport Luggage Facility from Tirupati to Tirumala. TTD will issue 6000 Free Divya Darshan Tokens for Devotees. Devotees can get their Free Darshan Tokens at 1200th step and get stamped at 2200th step.

Earlier Annamayya, The Devotee of Lord Venkateshwara has also used the Srivari Mettu path to visit Tirumala. There is a water tap facility available for every 25 steps. Devotees can sit and relax on both sides of the footsteps. Devotees will lite diyas and candles for every step which shows their wholehearted devotion towards the Lord.

Srivari Mettu path will be opened early at 6 AM in the morning and it is closed at 5 PM in the evening. There is a dense forest all around the climbing path. Devotees normally prefer to go to Tirumala early in the morning so that they can get darshan in time and reach back safely to Tirupati before evening. Devotees can't explain their happiness when once they reach the top of the Hill.
