History of Tirupati

The Modern Tirupati History describes that in the year 1932 Lord Venkateswara Swamy Temple was handover to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams as according to TTD act of 1932. Tirupati Urban Development authority also named as TUDA along with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams conducted a special Utsav named as Tirupati Utsav which primarily focuses on the development of Tirupati town and its nearby temples gave more popularity to this place. After that lot of conferences and prestigious events was conducted at the Temple Town.

Tirupati is surrounded by many famous local temples which has greater importance. Earlier from ancient Tirupati History to Modern Tirupati History there are more festival day celebrations in Tirupati in one form or other. It might be regular festivals like sankranthi, Ugadi, Sriramanavami, Diwali etc..It will also be a devotional eyetreat for devotees during the Brahmotsavams and special events celebrations. The Panchami Theertham of Lord Sri Padmavathi Devi will witness Lakhs of devotees dip in the holy waters of pushkarini in Padmavathi Devi Temple. 

Tirupati also comprises of Lotus Temple belonging to International Society for Krishna Consciousness also named as ISKCON. Tirupati is also famous for Tirupati Laddu which is the prasadam of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala. It also has greatest arts, crafts and the best architecture in the world and very soon it will be a best IT Hub for Andhra Pradesh in coming days.
